My name is Desiree and I had my tubal reversal done in July of 2003 and wanted to let you all know after 3 long years we finally got pregnant and had a baby girl named Jaydi. She was born on February 1st, 2007.
We are sure hoping to get a t-shirt from you, like the one we saw a picture of in your office that says "I got my start at Chapel Hill". It would be a great keep sake for Jaydi.
