Dear Dr. Berger and Staff:

I had my Tubal Reversal done on April 3, 2006. By July 2006 I was pregnant. Sad to say, but it ended in an e/p. On December 27, 2006 I was pregnant again. Now my husband and I are now proud parents of a baby girl, Makayla Donnalynn born on August 31, 2007. This is a picture of Makayla at 5 months old for you to see what you have helped give us.

I want to tell you how happy we are to have found you, and we want to say THANK YOU so much for giving us this miracle baby. You and your staff do such wonderful work and without you we would not have our baby girl today.

No words can adequately explain how happy we are and how we feel to have Makayla in our lives. She is my fourth baby, but my husband’s first. It is great to give him the baby he has always wanted. We are already planning on having TR baby #2.

Again, thank you so much and God Bless you and your staff. You are a fantastic doctor you do wonderful work to help people like me get another chance to have a miracle baby.
