Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

Happy Holidays. May jolly times and happy things be what this special season brings!

Here are pictures of Aimee and Catherine. Aimee is now 2 (born 5/18/04) and Catherine is 3 (born 3/11/03). These beautiful little girls are turning out to be wonderful little people. They add so much to our lives.

Yesterday was Catherine's 1st birthday, what a wonderful year we have had. Baby girl #2 is well and on schedule. Take care and God bless you for everything you have done for us, we are happier than we ever thought possible.

I want you all to know that I truly appreciate the great care I received from your entire staff. My incision is only slightly swollen, and the bruising is so minimal...I have never had surgery without horrible bruising, I am amazed!
