Dr. Berger,

I just wanted to say thank you again for doing the tubal reversal surgery you performed on me on September 3rd, 2004. You already know that we had a little girl who will be 1 on July 23rd of this year, and now we will be having another one (supposed to be a boy)! The due date is August 23rd. We are very excited. All doctors' visits show everything to be going very well.

We will let you know after the birth how all is going. In the mean time, here is a picture or our little girl to show you what beautiful and joyous children you help to get here.
