Subject: 2nd Tubal Reversal Baby

Dear Dr. Berger,

We had our second tubal reversal baby on August 9th at 3:57 pm. Josh weighed 6 lbs 3.7 oz and was 21 inches in length. We had our tubal reversal on May 18, 2004. Attached is a photo of our two tubal reveral sons, Patrick and Josh. We are truly thankful for all that you have done for us.

Now I have two wonderful little boys. They keep me busy along with their two older brothers. Kevin is so enjoying being a dad. Thanks to you he has two wonderful sons.
