Dear Dr. Berger:

I had tubal reversal surgery performed by you on November 15th, 2002. I am sending you a picture of our miracle baby born almost exactly 3 years after my surgery. Our baby boy was born on November 13th, 2005 at 4:23 p.m., 7 lbs and 19 1/2 inches long. We are thankful to you, Dr. Berger, and to God for this precious gift. The picture I have enclosed of Samuel Robert was at 5 months old.

Again, thanks to you and your staff for taking such good care of me and helping me to become a whole person again. We are hoping to try again soon. I will keep you posted.
