Dear Dr. Berger,

I received your reply and just want to tell you how much I appreciate your timely responses... I also feel compelled to say that my husband and I are both extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication with which we have been met by both you and your staff.

Last Sunday, I had to contact Julia Smith regarding a question about which day to have the FSH test and, because of the time difference, I couldn't wait until Monday, since I might have waited too long to take the test. I called the office telephone number since I had read that it was open every day, and got the 2 telephone numbers for Julia. I was able to reach her directly, but unfortunately, I happened to call right in the middle of a parents' meeting. She happily answered my question, however, and hopefully, I didn't disturb her too much.

This level of service within the medical profession is incredible! Having lived in Sweden for 3 years now, where socialized medicine (and waiting lists) reigns, I can't begin to describe how wonderful it is to be met with this kind of service, professionalism, and dedication. When I told my husband (who is an RN here in Sweden) that I was able to call Ms. Smith directly on a Sunday afternoon, he nearly fell over.
