My dh and I just returned home today. Dr. Berger performed my tr on 2/24. I have 8.5 centimeters left on both sides. Everyone there was wonderful. I got to meet Denise (tr on 2/25) and Debra (tr on 2/24) Debra had her surgery right before I did and they were leaving this morning traveling back to Alabama. we went to Dr. Berger's office this morning to wait for Denise to come out of surgery. We got to speak with her shortly after she was taken to recovery room. It was so wonderful to meet two of the BHM sisters and Dr. Berger and his staff are THE BEST. I will never regret my decision to have him perform the surgery. He came to our hotel rooms and checked on us the day after surgery. My husband was getting ready to take Denise and her dh to the clinic because they were not able to obtain a rental car, when Dr. Berger showed up and offered them a ride back with him. He gave us his pager number and said ! we can reach him anytime if we need anything. He is very thorough, but also kind and compassionate. If there is anyone questioning who to use, I highly recommend this gem. He also said that we can start trying to conceive as soon as we feel ready. He gives you this wonderful device called a TINS, which is electrical nodes that attach to your skin near your incision. They give off tiny impulses to reduce your pain, I don't think they miss one detail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank Wendy, Maggie and Sheri for all of the efforts and dedication to this group. Without all of you girls, I would still be sitting here wondering if people really do this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glory Be To God!!!!!
