Hi Dr. Berger,

This is Heidi S. I was thinking of you and your staff as I often do, but this time it was because on Sept. 5th you did my tubal reversal. I conceived in March and I am now 29 weeks along, Jay and I could not be happier!

As we just past our one year anniversary of my tubal reversal, we have thought of you all a great deal, we are very lucky to have had you in our life, for that brief moment in time... We look forward to the birth of our baby, Jay and I know that this is the greatest miracle of all and it would not have been possible without you. Dr. Berger we will never be able to thank you enough and want you to know how much this means to us now and always.
