Dear Dr. Berger and Staff -

It seems like I just wrote you to thank you for my surgery going so well. Oh, ya, I did! It's only been 1 cycle and guess what?? Yes, I am pregnant!! It seems unreal.

I think your center needs to be on some national talk shows and also maybe local new channels, for couples who don't know about your work. There need to be articles in every women's magazine as well.

I am telling everyone about your center, as I am 35 years old and a lot of people around my age have changed their minds about the tubal ligation they went through. I gave my family doctor my home number for anyone interested and I already had 2 calls this week. And that was just from nurses who work there!

It was so, so exiting to see my home pregnancy test turn positive instantly. My husband and I can't stop smiling! We have his son and my children. Now our family will be complete, full circle.
