Dear Dr. Berger,

My husband and I have not had a chance to get back to see you since the fall of 1999. Reason being....I have been having babies........ We are so thankful to you and your staff for all you did for us and our family. Since I had my tubal reversal surgery in November of 1999....... we have been blessed with two new additions to our family.

We have a little girl that is 21 months old and a little boy that is 3 months old. They are both very healthy and happy children. I am sending you pictures of both for your albums in the office. If you cannot print them out I will send you an original copy. Please just let me know.

You are a wonderful doctor and professional person. Thanks again for everything.
