Dear Staff of Dr. Berger;

On September 5th of 2001 I flew into N.C. from Michigan to have a tubal
reversal. October 22nd I conceived but later miscarried Jan. of 2002 a devastating time but knew that nature was just taking its course.

On Mothers Day I took my ovulation test and conceived again.

I'm at my 12th week and will keep you posted throughout the pregnancy. I
can't express the gratitude I feel towards the Doctor and Staff enough.
