Good morning Dr. Berger:

You performed my surgery on Tuesday and I wanted to write you personally to let you know how everything was going so far. Everything is going great, just a little sore but that was to be expected. I feel as though I have 6 mothers here for me this week between Jim and the 5 kids, they are taking very good care of me.

We all want to thank you for everything you and your staff did for us on Tuesday, everyone was very helpful and caring. Mr. Wonderful and I are so excited about starting our family with each other and still feel like this is all a dream. A dream in which you and your staff have helped come true. We can't thank you enough and look forward to that first missed period!

I won't keep you much longer, this is first chance I have had to sit at computer and just wanted to write you a brief note to say thank you which is something we both don't feel like we can say enough. Thanks again for everything and we will be in touch soon.
