My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you did for us during our stay in Chapel Hill. After viewing Dr. Berger’s tubal reversal procedure on the Learning Channel, both my wife and I were excited and also a bit nervous. After all, it had been over ten years since my wife Diane had had her tubal ligation procedure performed. Fortunately, all our fears were put to rest after the first phone call. The staff was informed, courteous, and willing to answer any and all questions. They even helped us find nearby accommodations. When we arrived in town for the procedure, Lissa greeted us enthusiastically and seemed genuinely excited for us. As expected, the procedure was completed without complication. Twenty-four hours later, Diane was feeling great and Dr. Berger permitted us to head home to Pennsylvania. One week after we got home, Diane was back to 100% and returning to work. Compared to the in-patient hospital procedure that takes 4-6 weeks recovery time, choosing Dr. Berger’s out-patient procedure turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

But perhaps the most comforting gesture of all was the follow up care we received. Diane would get regular phone calls to see how she was feeling and if she was pregnant. The sincerity was obvious; it was something we will always cherish.

Diane is 14 weeks pregnant and both mother and baby are doing just fine (Dad too!). We sincerely appreciate your skill and professionalism and would highly recommend your expertise to any couple who want to be parents.
