Subject: thank you - Kylie's 2nd birthday
Julia,
Dr. B did my tubal reversal in June 2001. I was pregnant by the middle of August 2001 and our angel, Kylie Faith was born 4/17/02. We just celebrated her 2nd birthday - she is such a wonderful, incredible child.
We just wanted to thank Dr. B for making our lives complete and fulfilled. We can just spend hours watching her explore and laugh and learn and pout and we love every single minute of it!
You were my nurse and came with Dr. B to the hotel the following morning, so that's why I'm sending this to you!
