Dr. Berger,

WOW...what an amazing year! It seems like only yesterday that I was faxing operative reports to your office and hoping... praying... dreaming. Tonight I sit here holding the sweetest baby girl in my arms and I just had to write and say THANK YOU from the very bottom of my heart!

Your amazing skill and your absolutely wonderful staff have assisted God in yet another miracle. Madelyn Elise was born on June 1st, 2003, less than 7 months following my TR surgery on November 4th of last year! She was 15 weeks premature and weighed only 1# 11oz, but today she is doing quite well!

The attached photo was taken tonight in one of your T-Shirts...she weighs 8# 2oz and is giving you a big toothless grin to thank you for helping her get here!

As has long been expected, I am scheduled for a hysterectomy on January 6th. I cannot possibly express my gratitude for giving me one more chance to be a mother before the inevitable happened! I can let go now, knowing my family is truly complete...and it all began with YOU! So thank you, Dr. Berger, for giving me and so many other women hope...you are no doubt doing God's work and it will not go unrewarded!
