Good morning Dr. Berger,

It is my pleasure to bring to you the good news of a beautiful little new baby girl following my tubal reversal. Kenyada Olivia Jean Walker was born on 03/01/2003 @ 4:55 am, weighing in at 4lbs 14oz at 38 weeks term. I will get back to you with more details of the delivery....I had some complications of Toxemia since my 28 week.

But all is well and we have never been happier. I also have some compliments for you from the doctor who delivered Kenyada. He said that he had never in all his years of practice seen a tubal reversal that looked as good as mine. I am so proud of you!!!!!!!!!
