Subject: New Arrival!

Hi Dr. Berger and Staff,

This is Heidi S. I am so happy to be able to e-mail you today to let you know that our handsome son was born on November 22, 2002 at 9:54am. He is perfect in every way!! He weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and is 20 and 1/2 inches long. His name is Connor Mathias. He has been keeping us very busy.

Dr. Berger, I know that we have said this to you before, but Connor would not be here without you. One day we have a great story to tell him about you. Jay and I will be forever grateful to you for your skill as a surgeon, but most of all for the man who helps so many people in their journey to have a family.

This has been a wonderful journey for us. Connor will give us endless happiness, and sleepless nights I am sure.
