Dear Dr. Berger and Co.
On April 23, 2001 you did my tubal reversal. In April 2002, my husband sent you an e-mail notification of the birth of our beautiful daughter.

Well, Libby is now 7 months old and just as lovely as the day she was born. I am sure these photos can attest to that! We are currently working on a playmate for her, so if it works out, we will let you know.

We would like to thank you again for giving us the chance to add such a bright ray of sunshine into our family! She is loved profusely by her 6 brothers and sisters and spoiled by every one of them.
