Julia, Dr. Berger and Staff,

I just wanted to thank you one more time for all of the timely, thoughtful and intelligent correspondence that you have sent my way over these last weeks, months, and years. I feel so blessed to have been in your acquaintance and to have had you help facilitate my trip and my surgery.

Whatever happens in my future, I know that I have been physically, mentally and spiritually restored as well as have had a truly fabulous vacation in the process. Dr. Berger, yourself and the entire staff that I had the privilege to encounter, will always stand out as part of a pinnacle memory of mine. You are all really very special and unique, and I just cannot say enough about you to let you realize the depth and magnitude of my gratitude, appreciation, respect and shear joy that I experienced.
