My name is Dawn S. My husband and I came to you in July of 2000, wanting to reverse my tubes. I had the surgery done by Dr. Berger on August 27th, 2001. We conceived in November 2001. I had a healthy pregnancy and on August 18th, 2002 my husband Eddie and I gave birth to a heavenly 7lbs. 12oz. baby girl.
