Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

I had my tubal reversal on October 30th, 2003. I became pregnant in late December. I gave birth to my little angel Christian Michael on September 1st, 2004. He was born at 11:42 a.m., weighing 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

I just want to say thank you so much. We will be grateful forever for the work you all do. Our baby boy is a God send. You are all so blessed for the wonderful work you perform and for your hospitality.
