Dear Dr. Berger,

Hi! How are you? I'm great. Its been along time since I've checked in with you or your staff, so I thought I would update you! We had our baby!! Little girl.. her name is Angelina Marie. She was born June 11, 2004 she weighed 8 lbs 4 oz. and was 21 3/4 inches long.

I had my tubal reversal surgery on July 23rd and got pregnant right away, September 1st to be exact. Talk about fast!! I really wasn't expecting to get pregnant so fast. I know you tell everyone to give it 6 months to a year. And that's what we were prepared to do. But when we least expected it, boom, pregnant!!!

No words can express how thankful we are to you and your staff. Without you, and God of course, we wouldn't have our little Angel. The entire staff has been so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. You all are wonderful, caring people and it has been such a terrific experience for my husband and me.

I have told everyone about you and your staff, and have recommended you to a few of my friends already. I know they will be as happy as we are with the results!

We just wanted to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for the precious little gift you have given us!!!
