Dr. Berger,

I had my tubal reversal surgery June 29,2005. We then moved to Alabama. We tried to conceive and we returned to North Carolina last February. When we had given up hope to have a baby we surprisingly got pregnant. She was born December 9th ,2008.

Caroline is now 11 weeks old. We are so blessed and happy.
