Dear Dr. Berger & Staff,

As I sit here tonight sending these pictures out to our family and friends, I am in awe of the fact that exactly one year ago I was recovering from my TR at the Chapel Hill Sheraton!!

Enclosed please find a picture of Gia, our 10 week old treasure that TR made possible. We have five children, but for some reason, Gia brings an extra twinkle to our eyes…. We have you to thank for that.
