Dear Dr. Berger -

Samantha Elizabeth was born on 10/26/2009 at 7:45 am and weighed 8.1 lbs and 20.5 in length. Both mom and baby are doing great and will be coming home tomorrow morning. Here are a few pictures for your team to enjoy! We will send you a announcement for the office when they arrive.

I can’t say enough for what you and your team have done for our family and made this miracle possible. I hope and pray that everyone has this chance in life. I am very glad we made the decision to come to Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center – the outcome is priceless. Samantha was blessed by the priest this morning.
