Can Tubes Come Undone? – Testimonial #1575   January 31st, 2014

“Great job… she’s perfect!.”

Posted 31st January, 2014

Some women believe their tied tubes can come undone after several years. This is incorrect. Although there is a small risk of tubal ligation failure (1 out of every 250 procedures), tubes that are tied do not come loose.

When a fallopian tube is tied the suture will cause the tube to permanently close in the area where the suture was placed. After the tubal ends heal closed the ends of the tube will then separate and the suture will dissolve.

Tubes cannot come undone but they can be rejoined through tubal ligation reversal surgery. A recent patient had success with tubal reversal surgery and she sent us this brief message and a photo of her beautiful little girl:

Gift of Life – Testimonial #855   September 27th, 2009

“Thank You for the gift of life you gave us. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon or nursing staff to care for me. Dasia is the love of our life, and our miracle baby!”

Thank you for the gift of life.Posted September 27th, 2009

Dr. Berger and Staff… We want to thank you for the gift of life that you gave us. We had our TR surgery on September 10, 2007. With in 6 months I had a positive pregnancy test. Unfortunately it ended in miscarriage. By September of 2008 I had my 2nd positive pregnancy test. My husband and I were so excited, we knew this just had to be the one.

On May 15, 2009 we had our beautiful, perfect, precious little girl. Dasia (pronounced “day-sha”) Dawn. She weighed 6 lbs 10 oz and was 19 in long. If we had were able to pick and choose exactly how we wanted her, we couldn’t have made a more perfect baby! She is the love of our life, and our miracle baby!

Thank You so much for all you’ve given us! I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon or nursing staff to care for me. God Bless!
