Our healthy little miracle, Olivia Grace, was born June 13th, 2008, weighing 8 lbs and 21 1/2 inches long. I want to make sure I mention that I’m 45 years old! I’m hoping this will give other women in their 40’s hope that it can happen.

We are so very blessed and I want to thank Dr. Berger and his staff for the care and attention I was given. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You all do make dreams come true.

“I thought I would never give birth to my own child again. Today I’m looking at my 5 week old baby.”

Here’ s my story…. I’m 28 year old and was divorced in 2004 with 3 kids and my tubes tied. I thought I would never meet anyone again and knew I would never give birth to my own child again.

In early 2006 I met the man who made all my dreams come true except one, and that was the dream to hold a piece of him and me. He was also the same age but never had kids.

I wanted so badly to have another baby and he said “go get your tubes untied”. Well, NEVER did I ever expect a doctor to do something like that! Married and ready to have another baby, I found the doctor of my dreams. We went to Dr. Berger and met him and his wonderful staff, who really care for you!

I had my tubal reversal surgery on March 15, 2007. The nurses were wonderful and Dr. Berger was great. My tubes were 7.5 & 6.5 in length after the surgery, and I remember Dr. Berger looking at me with his nice smile and saying “YOU WILL GET PREGNANT SOON”. I thought - yea right, that’s what he gets paid to say.

Today is March 20, 2008 and I’m looking at my 5 week old baby wondering how I can ever thank Dr Berger. I’m Amber and If you would ever like to chat or have any questions please email me.

I just wanted to send you some pictures of our TR baby. I had my tubal reversal on February 15th, 2007. It was such a great experience.

We tried the ovulation strips the first two months and were getting frustrated and we hadn’t even really start trying. It is something we all want to happen fast, but we stress ourselves to much. I decided not to stress about it anymore. We took the kids on a week end trip to an amusement park. The sun was hot. I felt tired and sick. I thought it was the sun. On Monday morning June 13th 2007 I saw a pregnancy test in the bathroom (had tons on hand like we all do) so I decided to take one just for fun. It came out with a faint line. I ended up taking six tests. Be patient and get support where ever you can. It is worth the effort.

My son was born on Feb. 26,2008 at 7:15 am 7 lbs 12 oz, 20 1/2 inches long. I love this little guy so much. His name is Xathan Xeven. The look on my husband’s face when he saw his son come into the world made it all worth it.

I just wanted to thank you for making all of our dreams come true! On December 22, 2007 our daughter Madelynn Grace was born, only 9 months after my Tubal Reversal. We were not even sure that the surgery would even work, but we had wanted a child more than anything so we listened to our hearts and drove to Chapel Hill and put our future in your hands. Thank God we did, we are so blessed and in love with our little girl! We were treated so well by everyone, it was like we were the only patients there. The staff put all my fears to rest and answered all my questions so I was prepared for surgery. I hope that every woman that wants to have their tubes untied finds you and your caring staff. I received the best Christmas Gift ever this year - my beautiful baby girl!!!!
