Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

I am writing to inform you of the birth of our first child, Collin Adam, on January 7th, 2008. We had the reverse tubal done in October 2006. Dr. Berger was only able to repair one of my tubes due to scarring from prior surgeries that I had. We found out we were pregnant in April 2007, only 6 months after the procedure. He is a healthy and beautiful baby boy that has brought so much happiness in our lives. Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity! Dr. Berger is a miracle worker in our eyes.

We want Dr. Berger to know how special he is to us and how happy he made us. Attached is a picture of our beautiful angel, one of which is in the “I’m a Berger Baby” shirt you sent.
