My husband and I had the tubal reversal surgery at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center in September of 2005. Dr. Berger and the staff at Chapel Hill were very caring professionals who made us feel at ease.

Our lovely daughter Madison Olivia was born on September 13, 2007! I have attached our testimonial letter and a photo of Madison sporting her Chapel Hill T-Shirt!
