Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

I had my tubal reversal surgery on November 4, 2004 and had a positive pregnancy test on December 4, 2004. I had a wonderful pregnancy and had a healthy beautiful baby boy on September 3, 2005. Brayden was 8 lbs 15 ounces and 21 inches at birth. I feel so blessed to be given this chance to have another child.

I had a tubal ligation in 1992 after having two healthy babies, now a boy 14 years and a girl 15 years old. I thought two children were enough for us, but as I was turning 35 years old, I decided that I truly wanted at least one more baby. Brayden is our gift and an angel. Thank you!

I want you all to know how great a job you all do. My surgery went wonderfully and everyone treated me so well. As I'm writing this, Brayden is now almost 4 months old - he's so precious and getting so big. My husband, my older children, my mom, and I are all so happy to have him in our lives. We are so lucky! Thank you again for everything.
