I had my TR done at the end of January 2004. So here's our family's testimonial for you to post. I am now 33 yrs old, and my TR yielded only one successfully tube (my left) reopened, with I believe 6.5 cm.
My husband Timothy and I are very excited to announce the birth of our first TR baby, Benjamin Alexander Mode. He weighed 6 lbs 13 ozs. He was 19 3/4 inches long. He was 3 weeks premature and had to spend 2 wks in the NICU due to both his prematurity and the fact that he inhaled a substantial amount of amniotic fluid during his C-Section Delivery. Benjamin was born at 10:30am on Monday, December 19th, 2005, at Meadowcrest Hospital, in Gretna, LA.
Daddy and I are so in love with our son. The only sadness about our news is that daddy is an Active Duty Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army, which took him away from the birth of our son. Daddy is now home on his two week leave time, and has finally gotten to see our beautiful blessing. I have attached pictures of our "Benji". We hope that our wonderful news can give all of those TR patients, and those considering TR hope for a bright and wonderful future. As I have said before on the message board, the trick to getting pregnant for Tim and I, was that we simply were very relaxed and easy going about it. It was when Tim and I were not thinking or stressing about getting pregnant, that we got pregnant with Benjamin. I hope that this is helpful advise to those mommies trying so hard to get pregnant after their TR's.
Please give our many thanks to our miracle worker, Dr. Berger. Let him know that we hope to have one more TR baby, and then daddy and I are done. We do not care if it's a boy or a girl, we just hope and pray that our little miracle son, Benji, can have a little brother or sister to grow up along side of him.
