Subject: Baby boy Patrick P.

Dear Dr. Berger,

We can not thank you enough for our precious baby boy. He is an absolute dream to us.

Patrick was born March 15,05 at 7:51 pm - weight 6 lbs, 7.4 oz and length 20 in. We had our surgery May 18, 2004. I received a positive pregnancy in July so it worked very well for us. We thank you and your wonderful staff for being so good to us and for all the follow ups after we left and during my pregnancy. Thank you also for the Berger-Baby t-shirt.

Again, we thank you for our slice of heaven - that's what he is to us.
