Dear Dr. Berger:

It has been a while since you have heard from us. This is just another set of pictures and testimonial from another couple who have been blessed with a child because of you.

My name is Kenneth. I am the very, very proud father of a 2 1/2 year old boy. When my wife Stella and I came to your office we saw all of the pictures in your photo album. I thought it was a lot of hoopla. Well, I would be more than happy to tell anyone about you. God has truly blessed you with your talents. I am almost at a loss for words for what I would like to say, so I'll just give you a couple of pictures that you can use or share with anyone who is interested in your services. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. We have a very healthy boy, Dakota Jordan. He is now 3 feet tall, weighs 48 lbs, and is the smartest kid I have ever seen.

If anyone would ever have a doubt in your ability just show them Dakota. Dr. Berger, words cannot express our gratitude to you and all of your staff.
