Subject: Pregnant Again!

We are on our way to having the large family that we've always wanted. Dr. Berger,

I am delighted to report to you that I am now pregnant for the fourth time following my surgery in June 2000. I had my ultrasound today and everything looks great! Praise the Lord! My official due date is 8/14/06.

My pregnancies have gone extremely well and the Lord has blessed us with three beautiful children. I rarely even have signs of morning sickness.

My husband and I are thankful for the work that you do and especially the follow-up care that you and your staff provide. We are on our way to having the large family that we've always wanted.
