Dr. Berger,

Last year this time, I never imagined that my excitement and happiness could be topped by anything when we scheduled my TR. Then came August 23, 2004. You topped it! I remember it like it was yesterday, you walked into recovery and told me my lengths were 3.5 and 4.0.

I never thought at either one of those times that just 10 months later we would be holding our precious little miracle, Jaylie. Doctors told us that our chances were slim and that a TR would be a waste of our time and money. I'm so glad that we followed our hearts and came to you.

You and the girls are absolutely wonderful. I really don't have the right words to explain how I feel about you all and how greatful we are to you. Without you and your staff our Jaylie would not be here today and I just couldn't imagine that.
