Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

Thanks to you, your staff, and God Almighty, we are enjoying the gift of life in our family, our precious new baby girl. With great excitement my husband and I are sending you a picture of our new arrival! Jenna Elisabeth was born on March 17th, 2005. We could not have done it without your help. We want you to know how much we appreciate everything you and the staff have done for us.

A friend of mine recommended I come to you to get my tubes untied so my husband and I could try to conceive. My tubes were tied for 10 years. After researching here in Michigan we found that in vitro fertilization starts at $12,000 per try and is not guaranteed. We thought we would definitely have more chances with untying my tubes. My doctor also thought it would be better to come to you since you do this on a daily basis.

After a year and a half of trying we finally became pregnant. Unfortunately, we miscarried twins at three months. Then, unexpectedly, three months later we were pregnant again. During this time I have had several conversations with your office and want you to know we appreciate all the friendliness, advice, guidance, and care that we received.
