Rachel – It is possible but unlikely to get pregnant with the tubal clips in place, and if you do become pregnant there is a high risk of ectopic pregnancy. The much more successful and safe approach is to have a tubal reversal. It costs $5900 at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center which has the highest success rate for pregnancy after clip reversal. Call (919) 968-4656 if you have any questions.
