Tracy, may I ask how long you went with your tubes burned before getting the reversal. I’m 38 yrs old. and have had the tubes burned for 9 1/2 years. I really really want a baby with my new husband-to-be but I’m afraid it will be a failure because i’ve gone so long as a “broken” woman. I regret my decision every day of my life. But it’s something i have to live with. Would you know if there is there any hope for me?
Wow! I am very impressed by your testimony. Since having a tubal ligation I have felt the same way…that I stepped in God’s way. I am scheduled to have my tubal reversal on April 25. I am so excited and can’t wait to see what God has in store for my family.
I just turned 30 on March 6th. I had a tubal reversal on March 21st,2011. My tube lengths are 7 and 7-1/2 cm. Its only been almost 2 weeks since surgery. I am hoping to become pregnant soon. I do agree with everyone, Dr.Berger is a saint. He did a really good job repairing my tubes. And I think I recovered rather quickly.I would recommend Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center to anyone. Tracy, did you use an ovulation test? Or just time it right? I think I will just take my chances and see what god gives us. lol. . . I don’t want to get too overly excited and not be able to get pregnant.
Keke, I was 38 years old when I had my tubal reversal done. It was the 15 of April 2010. My tube lengths on both the right and left side were 7 cm.
I am very grateful my experience can be a testimony to you, Koren. I too have lost two daughters at preterm labor, 24 weeks gestation and 29 weeks gestation, prior to my tubal ligation. With this current tubal reversal pregnancy my doctor had me take the 17HP shot too and I had a cerclage put in my cervix. They considered me so high risk because of my history and age, imagine that. I never considered my age at the time of the reversal or after getting pregnant. So we do share more in common than just our faith and trust in our Lord and Savior. You said it yourself, with God all things can and will be possible, there is no weapon against you but you!! Our seventh daughter and twelve pregnancy is proof of God’s love and mercy on a fithy rag like me. Much love to you my sister in Christ, you are very welcome!!
reading your testimony was very inspirational. i made a decision to get my tubes cut tied and burned was a huge mistake . i was considering getting then reversed but i was told because i decided to get my tubes burned it was impossible. reading your story helped me realize that with Gods love and help anything is possible.I questioned my decision because i had to premature deliveries my first child was delivered at 29 weeks the second 35 weeks and with the help of the 17HP shot baby 3 was full term. all boys i always wanted a little girl, with having those experiences i know the odds are against me. i feels good to know there is hope. : ) thank-you
