Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,
I wanted to take this opportunity on the second anniversary of my tubal reversal to thank you for blessing our lives with your skill and good care. Without all of you, our one-year old William would not have been possible.
He continues to bring joy to us every day and has enriched our lives more than we ever thought possible. Attached is a picture of Will in his high chair.
