Dear Dr. Berger and staff,
It was two years ago today that you performed my tubal ligation reversal. My husband and I felt prompted to have this surgery done so that we could try to add another child to our family. After one miscarriage and one ectopic pregnancy (which was resolved using methotrexate), we found out that we were once again expecting on Halloween of last year.
We are pleased to announce that Matthew Steven made his appearance into this world on July 1, 2009 at 8:22am, weighing 8 lbs and measuring 20 1/4 inches long. He is the joy of our family and is adored by everyone. We simply wanted to say thank you for making this little miracle baby possible!
Date of tubal reversal = 9/24/07
Positive pregnancy test = 10/31/08

Oh my goodness, we had positive pregnancy tests on the same day 10-31-08 and had our sons on the same day as well!! We welcomed Landon Noah on July 1, 2009, too! How cool, two consecutive Berger miracles!
