Hello Dr. Berger -
I just wanted to thank you again for completing my surgery and making me whole again. Without you I would not be celebrating my little man’s first birthday today. You did my tubal reversal on 4/10/07 and I got my first BFP on my birthday 7/12/07 and my son was born on 3/12/08.
Here is a recent picture of my son, Tafuma Jr. My husband and I want to thank you again for giving us the chance to build our family.
