Dear Dr. Berger,
We would like to report the birth of our second reversal baby, Payton Olivia. She was born on September 10th, 2008 at 2:36 a.m. She was 8 lbs. 3 ozs. and was 19 inches long. She is our second miracle. Her older sister was born December 5th, 2006 is also a miracle Berger baby and doing wonderfully as well!
Thank you, Dr. Berger and staff, again for making it possible to continue to add to our growing family! Having my tubes reversed at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center was an amazing experience.

Hello – I am 29 years old and my tubes have been tied 7 years. My husband and I are newly married and want to become pregnant. We have decided to have my tubes reversed but one of them had to be burned because it tore during surgery. What I want to know is can the burned tube be repaired and how? And will I still have a good chance of getting pregnant with only one tube? And my final question is if my insurance covers this procedure do you accept UHC?

TOYA – Burned tubes can be reversed. It is certainly possible to become pregnant with only one tube. At age 29 your chance of getting pregnant after tubal ligation reversal is high. We do not accept insurance payments directly. You will have to check with your insurance carrier to see if you will receive insurance reimbursement for a tubal reversal procedure.
